Sometimes looking back is the best way forward. Rewind to the days of the clean, streamlined "Hardtail" Harley motorcycles when bikers used to remove the rear suspension and take a battering in the seat. That's how these bikes got their clean lines from the steering head down to the back wheel. Modern day Softail riders needn't worry - we've cleverly concealed the rear shocks so you still get the cool retro looks with all the refinements that riders have come to expect in a modern day motorcycle. These weren't easy technological advances to make, but then the word "difficult" isn't listed in the Harley-Davidson dictionary.
